Motus Construction completely gut-renovated this dilapidated building near UIC’s campus transforming it into luxury rentals with modern amenities like in-unit laundry and custom bathrooms and kitchens. Motus worked closely with the client, adding design input, to determine the most efficient layout for the small rear units.
