Motus Construction was hired for a full cosmetic upgrade of this two-story townhome. Motus breathed new life into an existing, outdated condition by contrasting updated matte black plumbing and trim carpentry finishes with more neutral upgraded kitchen cabinets, flooring, and paint. The firm worked closely with the client to stay within a specific budget while still delivering a fresh, new product.
