S 51st Ave (Cicero)

Motus Construction navigated a mechanical-heavy scope around saving as many existing walls and layouts as possible in this vintage Cicero walk-up. Motus converted the building’s HVAC system from a steam boiler to individual furnaces and upgraded the domestic plumbing all while preserving as many walls as possible and working within a tight budget. After additional cosmetic upgrades, like flooring and paint, the building functions and looks as if it is brand new.
