Roosevelt (Cicero)

At this 22-unit building in Cicero, the client called upon Motus to draw on one of their areas of expertise – multifamily affordable housing. Motus offered initial consultation to determine the best scope of work relative to the client’s budget and target rents. The corridor-style building underwent a major exterior and interior transformation that included heavy building, common area, and unit renovations all while remaining partially occupied.
