Motus Construction was hired to help the client quickly flip this dilapidated historic 2-flat in Logan Square. Motus fully gutted three units on a tight schedule during the “off season” in order to prepare the property to go to market at the ideal time for sale. After Motus performed a full range of services, from mechanical upgrades to heavy unit and exterior renovations, the property showed so well that it went under contract within two weeks of being listed.
