Motus has over 10 years of experience in the rehabilitation of multi-family apartment buildings and communities, renovating nearly 14,000 units in three different markets. The company has also remodeled hundreds of single family homes and condominiums.

Motus worked very closely with the client to determine a cost effective scope that would add the most value to a single unit on this historic block of Lincoln Park. In only a 4-week period, Motus was able to add a third bedroom, in-unit washer/dryer, coat closet, remodel the kitchen, remodel the bathroom, patch and paint the entire unit, and refinish the hardwood floors while still retaining much of the unit’s original historic charm. The scope and turn proved to be successful when the unit rented within a week of completion!
