Marengo Ave (Forest Park)

Motus Construction worked closely with the client on this 6-unit value add to help find the right balance between scope and budget while still delivering an updated product that would stand out within the rental market in Forest Park. Drawing from their extensive multifamily value-add experience, Motus was able to provide mechanical solutions that would improve the long-term functionality of the building. Repairs were made to the existing hot water boiler system, electric, and plumbing to minimize future building maintenance while saving enough costs to still be able to make the desired aesthetic upgrades to the units.
