Motus gut renovated this 7-unit building on time and budget to help ownership get this building back online in premiere Logan Square. We added the fullest value possible at this project by managing all components, from inspections to all interior and exterior trades, while adhering to an aggressive schedule. Motus also worked with the client to create custom modern amenities such unique storage and in-kitchen laundry solutions to help this building stand out amongst other rentals in the area.
