Motus worked closely with the client to design-build custom bathrooms and kitchens at this two-flat in the heart of Andersonville. The product was a warm and inviting design that stood out on the rental market amongst its competition. Motus also helped add modern amenities to a vintage building that didn’t otherwise have them including laundry, storage, a renovated garage, and a useable rear courtyard
