There is no project too large or small for Motus Construction. Motus has over 10 years of experience in the rehabilitation of multi-family apartment buildings and communities, renovating nearly 14,000 units in three different markets. The company has also remodeled hundreds of single family homes and condominiums.

At Ingleside, Motus worked with the client to maximize the footprint and value of this historic Hyde Park 6-flat by “duplexing” the first floor units down to the basement. After “gutting” the existing conditions to the brick, Motus installed all new structural steel and wood framing throughout to provide the most efficient layouts for the clients’ rental units. To fully capitalize on the buildings’ premiere Hyde Park location, the units were finished with all new hardwood floors, white shaker kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities, Quartz countertops, and custom ceramic tile throughout. In addition to fully renovated units, Motus overhauled the building itself with new windows, porches, tuckpointing, roof, asphalt, and concrete.
